Refund policy

I. Return conditions
1. Commodity defects: if the goods are found to be defective in production within 7 days from the date of receipt, you can apply for return.
Two . Damage to the goods: if the goods are damaged in transit, the customer should submit a return application within 24 hours after receipt and provide relevant proof of damage (such as picture or video).
3. Order error: if the goods received are not in conformity with the order, the customer can apply for a return within 7 days after receipt.
4. Product performance does not match: if the product performance can not meet the advertised quality standards, the customer can return the goods within 15 days after receiving the goods.

II. Return process
1. Return request: the customer submits the return application through the customer service hotline or the official website, which must include the order number, commodity name, return reason and supporting materials.
Two . Audit confirmation: we will review the return reasons and supporting materials within 3 working days after receiving the return application, and inform the customer of the audit results.
3. Return of the goods: after the examination and approval, the customer needs to pack the goods completely and return them through the logistics channel designated by our company.
4. Return inspection: after receiving the returned goods, we will inspect the defective or damaged goods within 7 working days.
5. Refund processing: after the goods are checked correctly, the refund will be processed to the customer's original payment account within 7 working days.

III. Refund amount
1. Full refund: for orders that meet the return conditions, we will provide a full refund for the goods ordered.
Two . Freight policy: if the goods are returned due to defects or errors in the order, the return freight shall be borne by our company; if the goods are returned for personal reasons, the customer shall be responsible for the return freight.

IV. Matters needing attention
1. In order to smoothly handle the return, please make sure that the returned goods and accessories are complete and have not been artificially damaged.
Two . Special products or customized products are not allowed to be returned because of their particularity.
3. The refund policy does not apply to return applications that exceed the specified time.
4. We reserve the right of final explanation of the return application.
