Refund policy 1. Return conditions and time -Arco Sanitary Ware accepts returns within 30 days from the date of sale. -Returned products must remain in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and retain all packaging materials and accompanying documentation. -No returns are accepted except for custom-made products or special orders with special agreements. 2. Refund process -Customers should apply for return through the national customer service hotline or official designated method, provide valid purchase proof and return reason. -After approval, customer service will guide the return process. -After receiving the returned product, Aigo will complete the product inspection within 5 working days and process the refund within 7 working days after the inspection. 3. Refund method -Refunds will be returned to the customer using the same method of payment as the original purchase, unless the customer agrees to accept the refund in another form. -For all orders paid by bank transfer, the refund will be returned directly to the customer's original payment account. 4. Costs incurred on returns -If non-quality defects are found in the product return inspection, the customer shall bear the return freight. -For the return of products caused by quality problems, the freight shall be borne by Aigao Sanitary Ware. 5.
